FOSTERING EXCHANGES
ILVV endeavours to promote dialogue between research and public bodies and social protection organisations. Knowledge transfer will be necessary in both directions:
- to publicise the work of researchers on the issues under debate, but also on issues that could become part of the public debate;
- to publicise towards researchers public policy issues and issues arising in the field that are insufficiently documented or supported by research.
This objective will be achieved by raising the visibility of the issues faced by the various actors in the field around the social challenges of longevity, old ages and ageing, either by disseminating ILVV's activities to bodies and organisations or by organising events.
